The Colinton office is situated at 9-15 Bridge Road in the heart of the Conservation Village. It was opened in 1987 and has been expanded over the years into its current form with 2 large display windows to the main road through the Village.
Colinton is perhaps the only true village left in the Edinburgh City and still retains its small and friendly feel with many locals and worthies on first name terms with the business people in the Village. Its history goes back over 900 years as it was important as a crossing point of the Water of Leith for cattle and livestock drovers and later during the industrial revolution many mills were set up along the banks of the river bringing wealth and employment to the local community.
The office handles all the types of work currently undertaken by the firm although with an emphasis on estate agency, domestic conveyancing, wills and executries. It also boasts the last remaining building society presence in the area with a fully computerized Dunfermline Building Society agency offering most of the services available from a full branch office.
