POWERS OF ATTORNEY
If you are going on a long journey overseas or think that you or someone close to you might need help with legal and financial affairs or indeed welfare matters in the future then a Power of Attorney might be the solution.

A person acting under Power of Attorney has full legal rights to deal with your legal and financial affairs or restricted rights to whatever field of responsibility you give them (e.g. to buy, let or sell a house).

It need not be used right away but only when the need arises and can be held with your Will for a "rainy day".

SCHEDULES
With our use of modern digital printing we offer full colour schedules of particulars in either A4 or A3 format. One of our staff will come round, measure up and photograph your house and then send a copy of the draft text for your approval.

QUESTIONNAIRES
To enable compliance with property misdescriptions and other legislation, we ask our clients to complete a detailed Questionnaire and return it to us before the property is marketed.

VIEWING SERVICE
If you are unable to attend to the viewing of your house then we can help. Please ask us about our property viewing service.

MARKETING
As ESPC members we have access to the biggest marketing tool for residential property in Scotland. The ESPC handles over 90% of "pre-owned" residential property in the area.

The ESPC produces a free Weekly List paper ­ called ESPC Homepages - of all property for sale registered with Solicitors in the Edinburgh area. It also displays all these properties on the walls of its showrooms and, of course, on its own Web site.

In addition to this we have our 3 local offices in which all our clients properties are displayed and we produce our own free local Weekly Lists in the Buckstone, Colinton and Marchmont areas.
